Admission Criteria
Criteria
- 25 groups of “parents and children” or total of more than 75 people per sessions;
- Each child aged 0-3 and up to 2 caregivers can form a parent-child group;
- A maximum of 3 people per parent-child group (1 child with 1 to 2 caregivers)
- The caregiver must be the child’s parents or grandparents; if one of the caregivers is led by a child’s relatives or domestic helpers, the child must be accompanied by a child’s parent or grandparent before entering the Family Center;
- If the number of people in the activity is not full, the maximum number of parents and children in each group can be adjusted to 4. The 4-people parent-child group may consist of one child under 3 years old, one child under 12 years old, and two parents;
- In order to maintain the quality of parent-child activities, admission to the Family Center cannot be arranged 30 minutes after the start of each session;
- Closed on Monday for internal deep cleaning.
Note:
The 4-people parent-child group is only available from Tuesday to Friday. Parents must contact the staff of the Family Center in advance for such arrangement. The Family Center will confirm with the parents by phone the day before the event.

- The Family center’s target clientele are children aged 0-3 years old. Please bring identification documents for verification;
- Those entering the Family Center must participate in the activities according to the health and epidemic prevention guidelines (including: caregivers must wear a mask to enter the Family Center at all times);
- In order to maintain the environmental sanitation and game safety, before entering the Family Center, caregivers should take off their shoes and socks and children should take off their shoes;
- Those entering the Family Center should pay attention to appearance. Dress neatly and appropriately. Avoid revealing clothing such as camisole, tank tops, hot pants, short skirts, and clothing with low necklines. If found, we reserve the right to prohibit entry into the Family Center.
- In order to maintain the health of users in the Family Center, children and caregivers are required to disinfect, wash their hands, and take their temperature when entering the Family Center. If the child or caregiver suffers from colds, coughs, high fever, or other infectious diseases (including: hand, foot and mouth disease, tuberculosis, chickenpox, measles, pink eye, mumps, or whooping cough), or the temperature is above 37.5 ℃ or any other symptoms, please decline enter the hall;
- WI-FI (Wireless Internet) service will not be provided in the Family Center. In order to respect the rights and interests of others, visitors must turn off their mobile phones or adjust the vibration mode;
- In order to strengthen the emotional interaction between the caregiver and the child, the use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the Family Center. If there are special reasons, the caregiver must lead the child and move out of the area for using mobile phone;
- In order to maintain the safety and quality of games in the Family Center, caregivers must accompany the children throughout the whole process. Caregivers and children are strictly prohibited from running, making loud noises, playing with mobile phones, taking pictures, bringing pets, or chatting in the Family Center. Caregivers should not leave without authorization or entrust others to take care of the children to avoid danger;
- In order to strengthen the awareness of environment protection and cherishing resources, please return it to its original place after each resource or facility is used. Compensation should be made according to the price if it is damaged;
- In order to keep the game space clean and tidy, eating or drinking is strictly prohibited in the Family Center;
- Caregivers should take full responsibility for cleaning on behalf of their children during their stay in the Family Center, and jointly maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the environment;
- In order to respond to environmental protection and save resources, please bring your own handkerchief and drinking water;
- Those entering the Family Center must put their items in the locker provided by the center (size: W35cm*H30cm*D35cm). The locker key must be properly kept. Strollers and large luggage cannot be stored;
- Please read and follow the rules of use in the Family Center. If the user does not improve after persuasion, the Family Center has the right to ask to leave the venue.

- The admission reservation must be registered on the Internet at least one day in advance;
- Each child can only provide 3 reservations at a time (after the child completes one activity, the next one can be reserved);
- Each child can only reserve one session per day;
- If the reservation person fails to report within 30 minutes after the opening, the place will not be reserved. If the reservation person has reasonable explanation, they must report in advance before the opening and make other arrangements;
- If the person who makes an appointment is absent under unreasonable circumstances, the Family Center will regard it as a waiver. If there are three unreasonable abandonment within the year, the appointment will not be accepted within three months. At the same time, the no longer available have the reservation of right to reject.
- When the online reservation is full, the reservation service will no longer available, and the online reservation will be displayed as a reminder;
- There is no on-site queuing quota in the c. If the online reservation is not full, the person who made the reservation can go directly to the Family Center to apply for and use the service.
Cancellation of appointment
If anyone is unable to come to the Family Center after the reservation, he or she can cancel the reservation on the website of the Family Center before 12:00 noon on the day before the event.
